Team Leader - Domestic Voice Process

Experience : 2 to 4 years

Job Description

* Plan, organize, control, and evaluate operations
* Conduct regular meetings with the  Team  and drive them to achieve the required results.
* Set Goals and Targets for the team, identify training requirements for the department and  conduct training sessions
* Regularly update knowledge base and communicate the process updates with the Team   members
* Handle the client and customer level escalations
* Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
* Perform additional duties as assigned by the management

Eligibility

* Should have excellent communication in English , Hindi & Tamil
* Flexible to work in rotational week off
* Team handling experience in domestic voice process is a must.
* Immediate Joiners only.
